Go to Settings → Security, confirm your password, connect an authenticator app and save your recovery codes.
Sign in with one of your recovery codes. Each code works once. Create a new set from Settings → Security afterwards.
Not at the moment. WisqRent uses email and password, with optional two-factor sign-in.
Team and roles
Owners and admins invite people from Settings → Team and choose their role before sending the invite.
Crew can do all the day-to-day work but never sees prices, quotes or revenue. Viewer is read-only.
Owners, admins and managers. Operators, crew and viewers cannot.
Inventory
No. Pick single, variant or consumable when you create the product. The type stays the same after that.
On Pro and Business, give each item its own unit record, then print labels from Printables → Labels and scan them while packing.
Every product has one department, which groups lines on quotes. A category is optional and helps you filter and search.
Orders and availability
When an order is confirmed. Drafts and quotes show warnings about clashes but do not hold stock.
Yes, until the first item is handed over. Editing turns it back into a draft, and you send a new version when you are done.
Restore it as a new draft, as long as nothing from it was ever handed over.
Plans and billing
The organisation owner upgrades from Settings → Billing. Pro starts with a 14-day trial.
WisqRent shows which limit you reached and lets you upgrade from there.
Every plan and limit is listed on the Pricing page.
API and integrations
On Pro and Business, owners and admins create keys from Settings → API keys and choose what each key can read.
It is read-only. Send your key in the x-api-key header to read products, customers, venues and more.
Only if you give it the financial data scope when you create it.
