How WisqRent started.
WisqRent started with a price tag. One of our co-founders ran a small rental operation with around ten items and went to set it up in one of the established rental platforms. For an inventory that size, it would have cost him $65 a month.
That felt out of proportion, so he started building a simple rental platform of his own. He soon brought on two more co-founders, and work on WisqRent began in late 2025.
