When Current RMS is the better fit

  • You plan crew and vehicles. The resource planner allocates people and transport to jobs (labor and transport). WisqRent does not.
  • You invoice and sync accounting in one tool. Current RMS sends invoices, takes deposits and connects to Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage (latest features). WisqRent creates invoice PDFs, but you send them and collect payment yourself.
  • You run a sales pipeline. Its CRM tracks contacts, organisations and activities (CRM).
  • You want a long track record. Current RMS says thousands of companies in over 2,000 cities use it (Current RMS).

When WisqRent is the better fit

  • Your team is growing. Pro costs the same for two people or ten, and scanning is included.
  • You want to start today. Sign up, add your gear and send a quote. The free plan has no end date.
  • You want to avoid double bookings. Clash warnings are on from the first draft, with no setting to remember (availability).
  • Crew shouldn't see prices. Six roles decide who sees money. Crew and viewers never see quotes or revenue (roles).
  • You want AI built in. Every plan includes the AI assistant for questions about your inventory and orders.
