What a typical setup costs
Booqable's Start plan has one user and no barcode scanning. A team that scans gear needs Grow, which adds 5 users, or Scale, which adds 10. Scanning costs €12 per user a month on top (Booqable pricing, barcodes).

When Booqable is the better fit
- Customers book online. Booqable gives you a booking page, a website builder and plugins for Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress (integrations). WisqRent has no customer-facing store.
- You take payments and deposits. Booqable supports online payments, payment links, pre-authorisations and deposits (pricing). WisqRent creates invoice PDFs, but you collect payment yourself.
- You rent bikes, tools or party gear. Booqable serves many rental industries (Booqable). WisqRent is built for AV, event and staging work.
- You want a long track record. Booqable was founded in 2014 and says it has 8,000+ customers in 150 countries (about Booqable).
When WisqRent is the better fit
- Your team is growing. Pro costs the same for two people or ten, and scanning is included.
- You quote jobs, not checkouts. Orders group into projects with venues and delivery windows, and sent quotes keep their prices (orders).
- You run a warehouse. Scan labels to pack, check gear back in, and record damage and loss (warehouse).
- You sub-rent from other companies. Partners approve, decline or counteroffer, and the quote waits for every answer (partners).
- Crew shouldn't see prices. Six roles decide who sees money. Crew and viewers never see quotes or revenue (roles).
